John's Meanderings

I’ve moved to the Seattle Area.

My family and I have lived in Utah for the past 9 years.

Recently, I was offered a great opportunity with an established, profitable, privately held  e-Retailer in Edmonds, WA.  I am excited to be here, and having a lot of fun working with some great people to take this company to the next level.

It’s also nice in that 3 out of 4 or our children have expressed the desire to live in this part of the country.  Our oldest son already is here with his wonderful wife and my delightful grand-daughter.

We have lived in the Seattle area before, so we know about the weather and the life-style. Our last home here was in a particularly rainy area.  Our plan is to purchase based on historical rainfalls so that we don’t get quite so mossy this time around.

I hope to renew some old friendships here, both within my radio hobby and other dear friends including my long time close friend Bob.

The D-STAR scene here hasn’t really taken root yet. Maybe I can help.
